#3851 Old Schumann Lustreware Bowl.  c.1900-1927.  This beautiful old bowl has the very old green C. S. mark which we believe is for Christian Heinrich Schumann, the original founder of the Schumann factory and father of Carl Schumann.  The large and beautiful roses are in transfer on a background of white lustre with purple accents.  2 3/4" tall x 10 3/8" diameter.  Excellent condition, especially for its age.  1 in stock.

#2834 Old German Lustreware Cup and Saucer.  A very old cup.  Only mark is "Made in Germany" in a double circle.  Excellent condition except for a minor worn place at the top of the cup (see side view of cup below).  Cup is 3 3/4" tall x 3 1/4" diameter across top opening.  Saucer is 5 7/8" diameter.  1 in stock.

White Lustre German Sugar Bowl Kahla Porcelain Factory

#2380 White Lustre German Sugar Bowl.  The mark identifies it as being from the Kahla Porcelain Factory, Thuringia, Germany, and dated to the years of c.1957-1964.  (Source:  Kovel's New Dictionary of Marks, by Ralph and Terry Kovel, page 99)  The mark also says "Made in GDR" which means it was made in Eastern Germany.  The decorative figural scenes are in transfer inside a gold cartouche.  Gold leaves add the finishing touches to the pearly white lustre body.  Notice the gold finial.   3" tall to top edge of neck and 5" tall to top of gold finial on lid.  Perfect condition.  1 in stock.
